Patient Portal

An online Patient Portal is available in partnership with Raintree Inc. The Portal can be accessed from a desktop or mobile web browser, and is currently available in English and Spanish.

Through the Portal, you can see upcoming appointments, view your most recent patient statement and make bill payments, and download Boyer reports for your child.

If your child qualified for services, you will receive an invite to the Portal when the initial evaluation report is ready. As a security measure, you will be asked to verify your child’s date of birth on your first time logging in. After verification is complete, you will set a personal password that you can use to log in and access the Portal at any time.

When a new report is available in the Portal, you will receive an email notification. You may still opt to receive records and patient statements by secure email or postal mail if preferred – please contact your child’s team if this is your preference.

In order to access the portal, Boyer must have an email address for the parent/guardian linked to the child’s Boyer chart. Portal access is limited to the legal guardian(s) of the child. Parents who have more than one child being seen for services at Boyer will be able to access each child’s information in the Portal with the same email/password login.

If at any time you would like to change your Portal email address, or if you are unable to access the Portal using your email address and password, please contact your child’s Family Resources Coordinator for support. You may also reset your password directly through the Portal at any time.
