It is with great sadness that we tell you of the passing of Judith A. Moore, whose enduring commitment to children has made an immeasurable impact for thousands of families and their children. Judi passed away on May 26, 2009 after suffering injuries in a bicycling accident. The staff and Board of Directors of Boyer Children’s Clinic extend our deepest sympathies to Judi’s family and her partner, Randy Sherwood. Above all, Judi was dedicated to the families and staff at Boyer, and to building a stable community that will endure this great loss. We are strong because she made us strong, and we will continue to do great work because she has been our model. She will be dearly missed. |

Judi worked at Boyer for 32 years, serving as Executive Director for the past 30 years. Her commitment to
Boyer and the entire early intervention community is renowned. Judi was a mentor to generations of professionals.
Her vision was for the widespread adoption of evidence-based, effective models for early intervention. She worked
tirelessly to ensure that state and national legislative priorities included early intervention services.
